¾ cup Bethany’s Pantry Vanilla DSP
¼ cup blanched almond flour
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Mini unsweetened chocolate chips (to taste)

In a large bowl, mix the Vanilla DSP and almond flour. Add the applesauce and stir until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips as desired. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a chilled cookie dough.
