Mix all ingredients, roll into ten 1.5 inch balls, spread out on parchment lined baking sheet.
Press down with fork twice. Bake for 10-15 minutes until they begin to turn slightly darker.
Take out, let cool, and enjoy!
Notes:If you’re using granular sweetener, it will be much less gritty if you blend before using! Depending on the brand of Peanut Butter you get and the harvest of peanuts, net carbs will vary. This was the Great Value Natural Stir Creamy Peanut Butter which has 1 net carb per 2 tbsp. Any Peanut Butter you want to use is fine.
